Okay well I got a cheap (but new) stationary bike and I have been using it every day, and have so far lost about 19, 20 pounds.
I was just wondering if I should be doing something else to work out different muscle areas? I am trying to save up for another piece of equipment but not sure what to get out of a treadmill, rowing machine or elliptical.
Also, do you know how I could mix up my current work out? I have acess to my stationary bike, a skipping rope and some dumbells.
